Camp Knives
Camp Knife specs
Each knife will be handmade by myself in my little French studio from where I send knives all around the World.
The camp knife is 266mm in length with a 33mm wide blade. The steel is 90MCV8 high carbon steel which will be hardened to 59 HRC. The blade will be hand ground to a tough sabre grind. The handles are made from a layered G10 composite ensuring they will not swell, crack or warp. Perfect for camping environments. A pair of polished brass corby bolts will create a mechanical bond to the tang, bolstering the standard chemical bond.
To complete this unique look, thumb grips are hand filed in to the spine. Oh, and yes, that is a working bottle opener in front of the cutting edge ;-)
